Never been but I know they have great dancefloor ,+ good food + alcohol. A night club type on ? (Call) . A must go to for fun, fun, fun @ night time. Bands also I believe A must go to. Can be pricey but service wonderful. Daytime happy hour I believe.
I went there with my friend to see about a room there that was for rent on a yearly basis. The room was very nice and fully furnished. The property is large with a refurbished pool and it's right on the canal in Treasure Island, with lots of chairs to veiw the sunset. A dock to pull your boat up too. There is also a Grill by the pool to BBQ, and they have laundry on-site. The Black Pearl is within walking distance to the beach, on the Gulf of Mexico in Treasure Island in Florida.

Each room is a small apartment (either 1 or 2 bedrooms) with kitchen, dinette, living room and bathroom. Furniture is nice nothing elaborate. Location is within 2 short blocks of the beach and sits on the intercoastal. The owner is awesome and everyone is accommodating. Many of the guests are long term and we're super friendly. Very safe.
I honestly loved this place but i have a feeling it might be haunted lol
